* Send us a list of items required
* We will send you a formal quote for the items you required.
* Once we receive a 50% deposit, we will then prepare your artwork.
* Once artwork is approved your order will be processed for production
* Our lead time on our orders are 10 to 25 working days depending on our work load
* Most of our items are personalized.
* Should a order be cancelled after artwork has been done, a design fee of R250 will be deducted from the deposit amount.
* We use The Courier Guy to courier all items nationwide. Alternatively you can arrange your own couriers to collect from our premises.
* Once all work is carried out, we will send pictures of all completed items, you can then settle the balance, whereas we will then courier out the following day.
* We do not take any responsibility for delays on the courier companies side as it is not in our control.
LEAD TIMES
Perfection does take some time, because our items are custom made and personalised we do not have readily made items in stock. Kindly allow a 14 to 20 working day lead time to be safe and we will always try and delivery as quickly as possible. Please check in with us regarding lead time when placing your order.
Please note we are a small business and just as most of the South Africans sit with the constant and incosistent loadshedding chaos. This means rush jobs will not always be accepted or supported. We do communicate our lead times throughly and kindly ask that it is respected to avoid dissapointment. Our capacity of working hours a day does not allow for us to complete orders any earlier than advised. We thank you for your understanding, patience and support!
